Warranty and Refund Terms

The above-mentioned purchased products are subject to the following Warranty and Refund
Terms:

1. Non-Refundable Products: All products sold are final and non-refundable. No refunds
shall be provided under any circumstances.

2. Warranty Eligibility: Warranty claims shall only be accepted if the product is submitted
in its original, intact, and unaltered condition, along with proof of purchase.

3. Repair or Replacement: Any product determined to be defective within the above-
mentioned warranty period shall, at the sole discretion of the manufacturer, be repaired or
replaced. The manufacturer is not obligated to provide a replacement of equal value or
model.

4. Warranty Processing Time: The duration and timing for processing any warranty claim
shall be determined solely by the manufacturer.

5. Warranty Void Conditions: The warranty shall be deemed void under any of the
following circumstances:

• Physical damage to the product, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or
  breaks.
• Exposure to fire, heat, or burn damage.
• Water, liquid, or moisture damage.
• Removal, alteration, or tampering with any stickers, labels, seals, or identifying
  marks affixed to the product.
  Use of the product in a manner inconsistent with the manufacturer’s instructions.

6. Manufacturer’s Sole Discretion: The manufacturer reserves the exclusive right to
determine whether a product qualifies for warranty repair or replacement.

7. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the manufacturer
shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the
use, misuse, or inability to use the product.
